Technical Manager – Landscape & Water Features We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager to lead the technical delivery and coordination of projects, ensuring design, drawings, construction requirements, and project deliverables are aligned with contractual and technical standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, manage and deliver all technical aspects of projects from design development through execution.Work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, designers and internal teams to develop and implement effective design strategies.Review project deliverables, drawings, specifications and technical documentation to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, project standards and regulatory guidelines.Provide technical direction and practical solutions in line with construction standards, contractual specifications, buildability and applicable regulations.Attend and lead site, technical and design coordination meetings, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.Monitor scope changes and ensure proper implementation of the change control process.Lead and manage the CAD/Technical team, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of drawings in line with project programmes.Review and coordinate shop drawings, design drawings, technical submissions and construction documentation.Coordinate with project teams to identify potential design, technical and constructability issues and provide effective solutions.Ensure technical deliverables are completed within agreed quality, programme and project requirements.Provide technical support during construction and assist project teams in resolving site-related technical challenges.Maintain strong coordination between design, engineering, procurement and construction teams.Required Experience & Qualifications15+ years of relevant experience in technical/project delivery, preferably within landscape, swimming pool, water features or related construction projects.Degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Engineering preferred.Strong technical knowledge of landscape, swimming pool and water feature works.Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and familiarity with BIM platforms.Proficiency in MS Office and project documentation systems.Strong understanding of construction methodologies, technical specifications, drawings and buildability.Excellent technical coordination, communication and team leadership skills.
