Technical Manager – Nokia NCS & 5G Core

Job Summary:Seeking a Care Technical Manager with strong telecom core network and telco cloud experience. Hands-on Nokia Container Services (NCS) experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Support 4G/5G core, LTE, VoLTE/VoWiFi, CNF/VNF, and telco cloud environments.Troubleshoot Kubernetes, OpenStack, networking, and cloud infrastructure.Manage customer-facing technical issues and escalations.Provide 24/7 production and emergency support.Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.Support monitoring, automation, and network management activities.Required Qualifications:Hands-on Nokia Container Services (NCS) experience.5G/LTE Core and CNF/VNF experience.Kubernetes and OpenStack experience in telecom environments.L2/L3 networking, routing, switching, and firewall knowledge.Customer-facing production support and escalation management experience.Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
