Apply & track with Apply EdgeManager, Technical Solutions (SaaS) | Hybrid in Tampa, FL (Hybrid/EST) We're seeking a Manager, Technical Solutions to lead a team of clinical and technical solution consultants supporting the implementation and optimization of our enterprise healthcare software for healthcare organizations. This role combines people leadership of a small team, customer consulting, solution architecture, and AI-driven process improvement to deliver successful client outcomes. Note: The Hired Manager will have experience working in UM/CM, Pharmacy, or Appeals.What You'll DoLead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of solution consultants and subject matter experts.Drive successful software implementations from requirements gathering through deployment and post-go-live support.Partner with customers to design scalable solutions, integrations, and workflows that align with clinical and operational goals.Oversee complex integrations using REST APIs, HL7, FHIR, XML, JSON, SQL, Postman and other interoperability standards.Champion the adoption of AI-enabled tools to improve documentation, analysis, testing, and delivery efficiency.Serve as a trusted advisor to customers on best practices, interoperability, and solution strategy.Lead technical troubleshooting, customer escalations, and cross-functional collaboration.Define future-state integration architectures and guide migration from legacy interfaces to modern API-first platforms.What We're Looking For5+ years of experience in solution consulting, systems integration, implementation, or technical consulting within healthcare technology.Strong Utilization Management, Care Management, Pharmacy Management, and AppealsSome previous people leadership or team management experience.Strong knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards including HL7, FHIR, REST APIs, XML, JSON, and SQL.Experience with enterprise SaaS implementations, cloud platforms (AWS preferred), and AI-enabled technologies.JIRA or other ticketing system knowledge.Excellent communication, customer-facing consulting, and stakeholder management skills.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Drug Screen and Background Check will be required (Federal Healthcare Requirement)Hybrid in Tampa - Required.
