The organization is committed to empowering learners to secure high-paying technology roles through practical, outcome-driven training.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Mentor (DSA) role based in Jodhpur. The Technical Mentor will guide students in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), helping them build strong problem-solving skills and prepare for technical interviews. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering classroom sessions, conducting doubt-clearing discussions, designing practice problems, and reviewing student code for correctness and efficiency. The mentor will also create and refine learning materials, track student progress, and provide constructive feedback to help learners improve. Collaboration with the academic and placement teams to align content with industry expectations and campus recruitment needs is an important part of this role.Qualifications Strong foundation in Data Structures and Algorithms, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and solve complex problems.Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used in coding interviews (such as C++, Java, or Python).Experience mentoring, teaching, or coaching students or early-career professionals in technical subjects.Ability to design structured learning paths, practice questions, and assessments aligned with placement requirements.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a learner-centric and inclusive teaching approach.Comfort working in an on-site classroom environment and collaborating with cross-functional academic teams.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced certifications or competitive programming experience are an added advantage.Familiarity with product-based company interview patterns and online coding platforms (e.g., LeetCode, HackerRank) is beneficial.
