The company provides opportunities to work on impactful projects with prominent clients across various industries.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Office Architectural Engineer role based in Riyadh. The Technical Office Architectural Engineer will prepare and review detailed architectural shop drawings in coordination with structural, civil, and electrical disciplines. The role involves developing and updating bills of quantities (BOQ), coordinating quantity take-offs, and supporting tender and cost estimation processes. The engineer will collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and consultants to resolve design issues, ensure compliance with codes and standards, and align drawings with project specifications. Daily tasks include reviewing contractor submissions, supporting value engineering, maintaining documentation, and preparing technical reports to facilitate smooth project execution.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in preparing and reviewing architectural Shop Drawings, with coordination across multiple disciplines.Candidates should possess skills in BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and Quantity Surveying to support costing and tender documentation.Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Civil Engineering to understand structural requirements and site constraints.Candidates should possess basic understanding of Electrical Engineering to coordinate architectural layouts with MEP systems.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Proficiency in CAD and BIM tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and familiarity with relevant building codes and standards.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams on-site.Previous experience in a technical office or consultancy environment within the construction or architectural sector is an advantage.
