Job Description

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our Technical Office team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing electrical shop drawings, developing BIM/Revit models, coordinating across disciplines, and providing technical support to site teams on residential building projects.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review electrical shop drawings.Prepare quantity take-offs for electrical works.Develop and update electrical models using Revit.Coordinate structural, architectural, and MEP drawings.Review drawings and technical specifications.Provide technical support to site teams and resolve execution clashes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.Minimum of 5 years of technical office experience on residential building projects.Currently working in a technical office using BIM/Revit.BIM/Revit certification.Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, DIALux evo, and ETAP.Effective coordination and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications

7 or more years of experience.Navisworks certification.Previous experience within real estate development companies.
