Industrial Era Factory focuses on building long-term value through reliable products, professional execution, and continuous innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret architectural and engineering drawings related to aluminum works.Prepare detailed Shop Drawings for aluminum doors, windows, and façades.Prepare quantity take-offs for aluminum profiles, glass, accessories, and other required materials.Prepare Cutting Lists and manufacturing orders based on approved drawings and dimensions.Prepare schedules for aluminum profiles, accessories, quantities, and materials for each project.Review dimensions, drawings, and technical details before releasing them for production.Follow up on drawing revisions and update technical documents according to project requirements.Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Sales, and Site teams to ensure smooth project execution.Support the preparation of quotations and cost calculations for materials and manufacturing when required.Follow up on project requirements and resolve technical issues related to aluminum works.Maintain accurate technical records, drawings, quantity take-offs, and production documents.RequirementsPrevious experience in a Technical Office role within the aluminum industry.Good knowledge of aluminum doors, windows, curtain walls, and architectural façades.Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings.Good knowledge of aluminum profiles, accessories, systems, and manufacturing methods.Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.Experience in quantity take-off, material calculations, and preparation of cutting lists.Good communication and coordination skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.Previous experience working in an aluminum factory in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
