Technical Onboarding Executive

We’re Hiring | Technical Onboarding ExecutiveKashtat is expanding, and we’re looking for a Technical Onboarding Executive to manage the technical onboarding and activation of restaurants, vendors, and business partners on the Kashtat platform.ResponsibilitiesManage the technical onboarding process for newly signed vendors and partners.Set up and configure partner accounts, branches, offers, and platform settings.Collect and review technical requirements and partner information.Support and coordinate API and system integrations where required.Coordinate API credentials, technical documentation, and required configurations.Conduct functional and integration testing before go-live.Troubleshoot technical issues during the onboarding process.Coordinate with Development, Product, and Partnerships teams to resolve technical issues.Ensure partners are successfully activated and technically ready to go live.Maintain accurate onboarding records and technical documentation.Monitor newly activated partners and follow up on initial technical issues.Requirements3–5 years of experience in Technical Onboarding, Technical Support, Implementation, Integration, Solutions, or a similar role.Good understanding of APIs, REST APIs, and system integrations.Experience with web platforms, SaaS products, marketplaces, or mobile applications is preferred.Ability to understand technical documentation and communicate technical requirements clearly.Experience with Postman or similar API testing tools is an advantage.Basic understanding of databases and data structures is preferred.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and coordination skills.Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and follow-up.
