Technical Operations & AI Automation AnalystAlgo Capital Group is a specialist search firm working across quantitative finance, trading technology and investment management. We are hiring one hands-on analyst to own our recruitment data, systems and automation. You will turn manual processes and fragmented information into reliable workflows that support research, candidate engagement and delivery.Data and systemsMaintain and improve our CRM, including candidate records, company data, specialisms, ownership and pipeline stagesFind duplicates, outdated records and missing fields, and put fixes in place that stop them recurringBuild consistent tagging and segmentation across quant research, trading, software engineering, infrastructure and related marketsDocument workflows so the team works consistentlyAutomation and AIConnect recruitment tools using APIs, webhooks, automation platforms and scriptsBuild workflows for data enrichment, candidate rediscovery, follow-up reminders and reportingUse AI tools for research, information extraction, candidate summaries and adminTest outputs, handle exceptions and monitor automations after launchApply access controls and human review wherever candidate data or external communications are involvedResearch and delivery supportTranslate role requirements into structured searches and candidate listsSearch the existing database for relevant people before sourcing new profilesPrepare research for candidate and client conversationsReportingReport on submissions, interviews, offers and placements by client and roleTrack candidates held in the database separately from those contacted, engaged and submittedWhat we are looking forA track record of improving business processes through data, systems or automationStrong spreadsheet skills, including cleaning, matching and reconciling datasetsWorking automations built in n8n, Make, Zapier or similarConfidence with APIs, webhooks and structured dataPython or JavaScript for tasks that standard tools can’t handlePractical use of AI tools, with sound judgement on accuracy and verificationCRM or ATS experience (Loxo is a plus)Clear communication, attention to detail and the ability to work independentlyDiscretion with confidential candidate and client information[
