Technical Operations Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and schedule daily pest control service visits and manpower deployment.Supervise field technicians and ensure completion of services as per schedule and quality standards.Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests with timely follow-ups.Maintain and update service reports, job cards, inventory records, and billing details.Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and chemical handling protocols.Monitor service team productivity and recommend process improvements.Assist in training new technicians on service protocols and product use.Support the sales and customer service team with site inspection reports and service documentation.Conduct periodic audits and ensure contract renewals and AMC compliance.Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for logistics and supply chain requirements.Requirements:Education: Graduate in Science / Management / Environmental Studies (preferred: B.Sc. in Agriculture, Biotechnology, or related field).Experience: 1–3 years in pest control, facility management, or operations coordination.Skills:Strong coordination and multitasking abilitiesGood communication and reporting skillsProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)Knowledge of pest control procedures, equipment, and chemicals (added advantage)Customer service orientation and problem-solving mindsetKey Attributes:Detail-oriented and disciplinedProactive and self-motivatedAbility to handle pressure and field-level challengesTeam player with leadership potential
