MissionAs a Technical Pre-Sales Frontier AI Architect, you will help customers move from AI ambition to real-world success. Working across the latest Microsoft AI technologies, you will engage with customers to understand their business objectives, design innovative AI solutions and provide strategic guidance throughout their AI transformation journey.You will work closely with Sales, Microsoft, Delivery and Managed Services teams, helping to position Bytes Software Services as a trusted advisor and leader within the AI space. What You'll DeliverLead AI discovery and envisioning workshops with customers.Design enterprise AI and agent-based architectures across Microsoft's AI ecosystem.Develop proposals, proof-of-value engagements and end-to-end solution designs.Guide customers through AI readiness, governance, security and operational planning.Collaborate closely with Microsoft, Sales, Delivery and Managed Services teams to drive successful customer outcomes.Create repeatable architectures, accelerators, frameworks and best practices.Support the continued growth and development of the Data & AI capability at Bytes Software Services.Help customers transform AI ambition into measurable business value and business outcomes.Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers throughout their AI adoption journey.Stay at the forefront of emerging AI technologies and contribute thought leadership across the business.EssentialsStrong experience in Technical Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, AI Engineering or Technology Consulting.Deep knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, Generative AI, Agentic AI and Microsoft AI technologies.Understanding of Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and GitHub Copilot.Experience designing secure, governed and scalable AI solutions.Ability to engage and influence both technical and business stakeholders.Excellent presentation, workshop facilitation and proposal-writing skills.Experience working within a Microsoft Partner, Consultancy or Services-led environment is highly desirable.A passion for innovation and helping customers realise the value of AI.Why BytesAt Bytes Software Services, you'll be joining a business at the forefront of AI innovation.
