Technical Product ManagerOverviewWe're seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the development and modernization of outbound communication capabilities. This role serves as the primary liaison between engineering, infrastructure, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors, ensuring alignment, managing priorities, and driving successful product delivery.The ideal candidate has a strong technical product management background, experience within the U.S. healthcare industry, and a proven ability to translate business needs into scalable product solutions while working in an Agile environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with business stakeholders to understand product objectives, user needs, and business processes, translating them into a strategic product roadmap.Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring work is aligned with business value and delivery goals.Collaborate closely with engineering teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver roadmap commitments.Serve as the primary point of contact across engineering, infrastructure, vendors, and business teams to ensure cross-functional alignment and timely execution.Gather and document business requirements while proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.Demonstrate product functionality to stakeholders and leadership, incorporating feedback to drive continuous product enhancements.Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to improve productivity, automate workflows, and enhance decision-making.Required Qualifications5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management.2+ years of experience supporting products within the U.S. healthcare industry.2+ years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Strong experience gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience managing product roadmaps and backlogs using Rally.Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, cloud technologies, or modern data platforms.Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and operational efficiency.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is a collaborative product leader who thrives in cross-functional environments, enjoys solving complex business problems, and has a proven track record of delivering technical products from concept through execution.
