Technical Product Manager

The CompanyWe’re partnering with a fast-growing, venture-backed B2B AI company that is rethinking how teams operate using AI agents and automation. The business is looking for a highly technical Product Manager who can identify high-value opportunities for AI across the organisation and then work closely with engineering to turn those ideas into working products and systems.The RoleThis is a hands-on product role sitting at the intersection of AI, engineering and business operations. You’ll help build internal AI agents, automated workflows and tooling that improve how teams work as the company scales.You’ll be responsible for:Identifying and prioritising opportunities to use AI and automation across the businessBuilding and shipping AI-powered tools, agents and internal productsWorking closely with engineering teams on highly technical product problemsDesigning integrations and workflows that connect internal systems with AI agentsDeveloping ways to evaluate, monitor and improve agent performanceTaking ideas from first principles through to productionWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience as a Technical Product Manager, founder or similar product builderExperience within a high-growth B2B SaaS or AI startup, ideally Series A–DStrong technical capability – you should either be able to code proficiently or be a genuine power user of modern AI coding toolsA track record of launching technical software or AI productsStrong product judgement and the ability to identify which AI initiatives will create the greatest long-term valueA clear, structured thinker who is comfortable operating in an ambitious, fast-paced environmentFormer founder experience or having been an early Product hire is desirableExperience working on highly technical products such as AI agents, developer tools or data platforms is desirableStrong knowledge of software development lifecycle automation is desirableA strong academic background is desirableThis is not a traditional roadmap-and-requirements PM role.
