Technical Product Manager London | 4-days on-site | Up to £100,000 DOEWe’re partnering with a fast-growing AI startup making multiple hires into its Product team.This isn’t a traditional Product Manager role.We’re looking for someone who sits comfortably between customers, product and engineering – technically strong enough to get under the hood of complex problems, commercially polished enough to work directly with customers, and genuinely AI-native.What you'll be doingWork directly with customers to understand and solve complex product challengesDiagnose whether issues stem from configuration, data, user behaviour or the product itselfTranslate customer problems into clear technical requirements for engineeringOwn features from discovery through to delivery and validationHelp define and measure AI product quality and evaluationsWork closely with engineering to improve product performanceFeed directly into roadmap and prioritisation decisionsWhat we're looking for3–7 years’ experience across Product, Engineering or a closely related technical roleIdeally a former Software Engineer turned PM, Forward Deployed Engineer, or highly technical Product ManagerStrong engineering foundations and confidence working with technical teamsClaude-native, with AI embedded into your everyday workflowGood understanding of how AI products are tested and evaluatedExcellent customer-facing and presentation skillsAnalytical, curious and brilliant at getting to the root cause of problemsComfortable taking serious ownership in a fast-moving startupExperience with AI evals, agentic workflows, prompt/model testing, APIs or SQL would be a big plus.
