Technical Product Manager

Augmentedera is looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead delivery across severalof our digital products and projects. Some are mature platforms with complex,interconnected systems. Others are new builds.This role sits between the business and engineering. You’ll find out what teams across thecompany need, turn it into clear technical requirements, and see it through to release. Wework AI-first. We're looking for someone who already uses AI tools and vibe coding in theirdaily work, not someone planning to learn.ResponsibilitiesManage several products and projects at once, from requirements through to releaseWork with technical and business stakeholders (Operations, Support, Finance, Legal, Marketing and Management) to gather requirements and agree prioritiesTurn business needs into technical requirements: user stories, acceptance criteria, user flows and integration detailsUse AI tools to create mockups and working prototypes that test ideas earlyCheck dependencies and impact across systems before changes go liveRun agile delivery in Jira or Linear: backlog, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectivesWork day-to-day with remote developers and engineersUse AI agents and automation to improve how the team plans, documents, tests, and deliversKeep stakeholders informed with clear, regular updatesUse data to measure results and set prioritiesRequirements3–5 years in product management or technical project managementExperience with e-commerce or fintech platformsHands-on experience with AI tools and vibe coding (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Lovable or similar)Practical experience working with AI agentsGood understanding of APIs, microservices and system integrationsWorking knowledge of SQLStrong agile experience with Jira or LinearExperience working with remote engineering teamsExcellent written and spoken EnglishA track record of handling several projects and stakeholders at onceBased in the UAENice to haveExperience with payments, checkout or reconciliationFigmaAvailable to join immediatelyWhat we offerCompetitive salary plus a performance bonusUAE employment visa and medical insuranceAnnual leave and an annual flight ticketCompany-paid AI tool subscriptions
