Technical Product OwnerAbu Dhabi · On-site | WealthTech · B2B | AI-Native PlatformThe RoleMy client is looking for a Technical Product Owner to join an AI-native wealth management and trading platform serving leading banks across the GCC.This is a hands-on product role sitting between product, engineering and technology. You will own requirements end-to-end, work directly with APIs and technical documentation, define the product and technical quality bar, and build prototypes using modern AI-assisted development tools.What You’ll DoOwn product briefs from business problem through to deliveryTranslate business requirements into clear, technically grounded specifications and acceptance criteriaWork directly with REST APIs, integrations and FIX protocol documentationDefine API contracts, error handling, versioning and integration requirementsDesign complete user journeys across success, failure, timeout and asynchronous statesOwn real-time and async experiences, including notifications and transaction statesDefine NFRs covering performance, reliability, security and data integrityBuild and prototype mobile applications integrating real APIsUse Claude, Cursor, Copilot or equivalent AI tools as part of your daily workflowOwn backlog, prioritisation, sprint delivery and release healthDefine telemetry, product metrics and system performance measuresWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience as a Technical Product Owner / Product Manager in fintech, banking, trading or wealth managementStrong B2B or B2B2C product experienceExcellent understanding of REST APIs and integrationsExperience with FIX protocol or capital markets is highly desirableTrack record of shipping integration-heavy, customer-facing productsHands-on experience building or prototyping mobile applications using real APIsStrong understanding of API design, contracts, versioning and error handlingExperience with asynchronous and real-time productsDemonstrated daily use of AI coding/productivity tools*** Only successful candidates will be contacted ***
