selected global markets.The company works with natural ingredients, botanical extracts, flavour systems, essential oils and specialised raw materials for the food, beverage, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and fragrance industries.We are seeking a Technical Product Training Specialist to develop product knowledge and deliver structured technical training to commercial teams, distributors and professional customers.The PositionThe Technical Product Training Specialist will transform complex product and application information into clear, practical and commercially useful training materials.The successful candidate will work with suppliers, product specialists, commercial teams and customers to improve understanding of ingredient characteristics, applications, benefits and appropriate positioning.This is not a direct sales role and it is not a laboratory research position.The role combines technical product knowledge, professional communication and adult training.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop structured training programmes for ingredients and product categories.Deliver classroom, online and on-site product-training sessions.Prepare technical presentations, product guides and training manuals.Explain product characteristics, applications, benefits and limitations.Translate supplier documentation into clear commercial and technical learning materials.Train internal commercial teams on product portfolios and application opportunities.Support distributor onboarding and product-knowledge development.Coordinate technical webinars and customer workshops.Prepare application-focused case studies for food, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical and cosmetic markets.Maintain an organised digital training library.Update training materials when specifications, portfolios or supplier information change.Assess training needs across commercial teams and regional partners.Develop quizzes, evaluations and post-training feedback tools.Support product launches through training and internal communication.Collaborate with Product Management, Quality, Commercial Operations and external technical partners.Participate in selected trade fairs, seminars and customer meetings.Prepare training-activity reports and effectiveness indicators.Ensure that technical statements remain consistent with approved supplier documentation.Candidate ProfileBachelor’s degree in Food Science, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Nutrition, Cosmetic Science or a related discipline.Three to six years of relevant professional experience.Experience in technical training, product support, application support or product management.Ability to explain scientific and technical subjects clearly.Strong presentation and public-speaking skills.Excellent written and spoken English.Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and standard office software.Strong organisational and instructional-material development skills.Confidence working with multicultural professional audiences.Ability to manage several product categories and training projects simultaneously.Preferred ExperienceExperience in one or more of the following sectors will be considered an advantage:food and beverage ingredients;nutraceutical ingredients;pharmaceutical raw materials;botanical extracts;flavour systems;essential oils;cosmetics and personal care;speciality chemicals;international ingredient distribution.Experience delivering webinars, professional workshops or distributor training is particularly appreciated.Arabic is advantageous but not mandatory.What
