Job Title: Technical Program & Change Management Lead – Microsoft Power Platform Location: Redmond, WA Job type: Fulltime Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate combines technical program management, hands-on Power Platform expertise, CCSS sales experience, and strong change management skills to successfully deliver enterprise application modernization and adoption initiatives.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Technical Program & Change Management Lead to drive the modernization and migration of a legacy business application to the Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong focus on Power Pages and Power Automate.

The role will lead cross-functional teams and drive platform adoption, migration, change management, and business transformation. Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end technical program execution for application modernization and migration.Drive migration and rollout of solutions using Power Pages and Power Automate.Manage program plans, dependencies, risks, governance, and executive reporting.Lead Organizational Change Management (OCM), user readiness, training, adoption, and launch activities.Coordinate testing, deployment readiness, launch stabilization, and issue resolution.Translate technical solutions into business requirements and process improvements.Partner with business, engineering, operations, and executive stakeholders. Must-Have Skills10+ years of Technical Program Management experience.Strong hands-on Microsoft Power Platform experience.Expertise in Power Pages and Power Automate.Experience with application migration and modernization programs.Strong Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience.Business transformation and process improvement experience.Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.Program governance, risk, dependency, and launch management experience.Strong experience with user adoption, training, and change communications.CCSS Sales experience is highly preferred/required.
