What You’ll Do

Serve as the primary technical liaison between U.S. and international operationsCoordinate engineering, manufacturing engineering, production control, purchasing, manufacturing, quality assurance, and customer service activities supporting assigned programsEstablish project scope, schedules, milestones, and objectives while driving progress toward successful program completionReview and adjudicate technical and program requirements to ensure compliance with contractual commitmentsSupport engineering design, manufacturing improvements, product upgrades, modifications, qualification testing, production transfers, and supply localization activitiesSupport the preparation, modification, and release of proposals, BOMs, drawings, specifications, procedures, reports, and technical documentationTroubleshoot product issues, production constraints, field failures, and other technical challenges while coordinating corrective actions across departmentsProvide engineering support to planning, tooling, quality assurance, engineering laboratories, and manufacturing teamsParticipate in project review and planning meetings and identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce costs, and strengthen production workflowsServe as a customer-facing technical resource during project planning and execution, including customer workshops and on-site supportCoordinate with vendors and subcontractors and provide the technical documentation required to support assigned projectsMonitor project costs and communicate budget requirements, risks, and potential adjustments to leadershipSupport Material Review Board activities and work with Quality Assurance to investigate and resolve discrepanciesTravel within the U.S. and internationally, including extended periods supporting international operationsWhat You Bring:Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university with 2+ years of related experienceFluency in both English and MandarinStrong understanding of aerospace engineering fundamentals and technical principlesWorking knowledge of engineering design methodologies and material properties of metalsUnderstanding of metal forming and fabrication processesHigh-pressure pneumatic metal duct system experience strongly preferredLow-pressure pneumatic composite duct and insulation system experience strongly preferredStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to make independent decisions and proactively resolve issuesStrong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong customer service orientation with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholdersDemonstrated leadership ability and a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamworkWillingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally for extended periods as required
