Technical Program Manager – ApplicationsDXC Technology | United Arab Emirates | On-siteDXC Technology is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager – Applications to lead the delivery of complex enterprise application workstreams within a large-scale technology transformation environment in the UAE.The role will provide end-to-end delivery leadership across application implementation, modernization, integration, testing, deployment, and transition while coordinating multiple technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of multiple enterprise application workstreams.Own program plans, milestones, budgets, dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery commitments.Coordinate application teams, architects, integration, data, infrastructure, cybersecurity, testing teams, and vendors.Manage the full application lifecycle from requirements and design through implementation, SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.Manage dependencies across applications, APIs/integrations, data migration, infrastructure, cloud, and security.Govern third-party application vendors and system integrators against agreed scope, milestones, and quality standards.Drive resolution of complex technical and cross-workstream delivery issues.Ensure application solutions comply with agreed architecture, security, governance, and quality standards.Provide executive-level reporting on delivery status, risks, dependencies, and required decisions.Ensure effective transition and handover of applications into BAU/support operations.Required Experience14+ years of IT project/program management experience, with significant enterprise application delivery experience.Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager, Senior Technical Project Manager, Application Program Manager, or equivalent.Experience leading complex enterprise application implementation, modernization, or transformation programs.Strong understanding of application delivery across requirements, design, development/configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and operations.Experience managing multiple application workstreams and cross-technology dependencies.Strong knowledge of APIs, systems integration, data migration, cloud, and enterprise application environments.Experience managing complex multi-vendor/system integration environments.Strong governance, financial management, RAID management, stakeholder management, and executive reporting capabilities.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.Experience delivering large-scale technology transformation programs.UAE/GCC experience is advantageous.PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Agile, or equivalent certification is preferred.
