Technical Program ManagerLocated: either, Lancaster, PA or York, PAPay: around $110,000-$130,000 base + with profit sharing (bonus) and strong benefits.We design and manufacture system-level thermal solutions, partnering with customers for over 20 years.Lead cutting-edge engineering programs that support the future of aerospace, defense, space exploration, and AI data center technology. You’ll own projects from concept and design through prototyping, qualification, and production, working alongside multidisciplinary engineering teams to solve complex technical challenges.This is an opportunity to make a direct impact at a rapidly growing technology company investing in new manufacturing capabilities and next-generation thermal management solutions.What You’ll BringBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.5+ years of experience managing complex engineering or hardware development programs.Experience overseeing schedules, budgets, resources, technical requirements, and risk.Strong understanding of systems engineering, hardware development, and qualification processes.Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Preferred (not required): Experience with thermal management, aerospace or flight / space / satellite hardware, EVM, AS9100, or PMP certification.Great time to join, we recently announced a major manufacturing expansion to support growing demand in AI data center cooling, space, and defense - including a new 50,000-square-foot facility and plans to add up to 100 employees.
