Technical Program Manager (Front-end Semiconductor Chip Development)

The RoleYou will own end-to-end program management for one or more chip development projects, coordinating across IC design, MEMS engineering, packaging and test, foundry/fab partners, and customer-facing teams to keep programs on track.

Key Responsibilities

Drive chip development programs from definition through tape-out, qualification, and mass production rampBuild and manage detailed program schedules, milestones, and critical path tracking across design, fab, and test workstreamsCoordinate cross-functionally with IC design, MEMS/product engineering, packaging & test, and quality teams — including global sitesManage foundry and external partner relationships and timelines where applicableIdentify, escalate, and drive resolution of program risks, technical blockers, and schedule slippageAct as the central point of coordination for customer qualification milestones, working closely with technical and business stakeholdersReport program status, risks, and key decisions to senior leadership and business unit stakeholdersRequired:5+ years of project/program management experience in semiconductor, IC, or chip development environmentsSolid working knowledge of the chip development lifecycle (design, tape-out, fab, packaging, test, mass production)Strong cross-functional coordination skills, with experience managing multiple stakeholders across engineering and business functionsExcellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred:Experience managing programs involving MEMS or sensor-related chip productsExperience coordinating with external foundry or fab partnersExposure to customer qualification processes for major global OEM customersPMP or equivalent project management certificationHow To Apply:Interested candidate, please submit your updated resume in MS WORD Format to Terry Ng, email – terry.ng@achievegroup.asiaEA Personnel Reg.
