Technical Project & Operations Lead

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly detail-oriented and technically skilled Technical Project & Operations Lead to bridge the gap between design, manufacturing, client relations, and logistics.In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with the Sales Director/Manager to ensure project execution runs seamlessly from initial client contact through production and final post-sales delivery. If you possess a strong background in architecture or interior architecture, excellent command of industry software, and top-tier client-facing skills, we’d love to meet you.Key Responsibilities:Project & Sales Coordination: Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to manage operational workflows, serving as the key point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.Manufacturing Communication: Liaise directly with the factory and production teams to ensure design specifications, technical details, and quality standards are accurately executed.Logistics & Delivery Tracking: Oversee supply chain and logistics processes to ensure materials, components, and finished products arrive on site on time.After-Sales Service: Manage post-delivery processes, quality checks, issue resolution, and ongoing client support to maintain high satisfaction.Technical Oversight: Review technical drawings, specs, and structures to ensure feasibility, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a closely related technical field.Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant architectural and technical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar).Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in English, Turkish, and Arabic (written and spoken) is strictly required.Communication & Presentation: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a polished, executive presence suitable for high-touch client relations.Operations & Follow-through: Strong organizational, multitasking, and deadline-management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
