Our commitment to sustainable and scalable consulting plans drive growth, productivity and market value for our clients.Role Description The Technical Project Assistant (HR Intern) role is a remote internship focused on providing high-level administrative and analytical support to PROJXON’s leadership team. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing and tracking expense reports, organizing documents, and supporting executive communications across email and digital platforms. The intern will assist with HR-related tasks such as coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate and employee records, and contributing to onboarding processes and HR documentation. This role may also involve preparing presentations, conducting basic research on clients and industry trends, and helping streamline internal workflows and knowledge management systems. The position offers exposure to business optimization consulting, executive operations, and HR practices in a dynamic, tech-forward environment.QualificationsDemonstrated skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.Experience or aptitude in Administrative Assistance, including organizing files, maintaining records, and supporting day-to-day operational tasks.Ability to prepare, review, and track Expense Reports with attention to detail and accuracy.Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with executives, team members, and external partners.Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA, HR, Business Administration, or related degree program.Comfort working in a remote, tech-enabled environment and learning new productivity and collaboration tools.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Interest in consulting, business optimization, HR operations, and supporting mission-driven organizations.
