📢 We’re Hiring: Technical Project Coordinator – Aluminium & Glazing WorksALMANAR is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Coordinator with strong technical knowledge of aluminium, glazing and façade systems to support our project delivery team.The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling technical coordination, submittals, consultant/client discussions, and resolution of project technical issues from design stage through execution.Qualifications & ExperienceThe ideal candidate should have:✅ B.E./B.Sc. in Civil or Mechanical Engineering✅ 3–5 years of relevant industry experience✅ Strong knowledge of aluminium and glazing systems✅ Experience preparing technical and material submittals✅ Ability to review drawings, specifications and BOQs✅ Strong technical problem-solving and coordination skills✅ Ability to attend technical meetings and coordinate with consultants, clients, suppliers and project teams✅ Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD; façade software knowledge is an advantageKey ResponsibilitiesIndependently prepare, review and coordinate technical and material submittalsReview project specifications, IFC drawings, tender requirements, BOQs and technical documentsPrepare detailed compliance statements for materials, aluminium systems, glass and façade componentsIdentify specification deviations, technical risks and discrepancies and propose suitable compliant solutionsReview consultant comments and coordinate timely technical responses, revisions and resubmissionsAttend and actively participate in technical meetings with consultants, clients and main contractorsPresent and defend proposed technical solutions, materials and system selections during technical discussionsFollow up on technical meeting action points and ensure timely closure of outstanding issuesProvide technical support and engineering guidance to project managers, site engineers and installation teamsResolve site technical issues and coordinate practical solutions without compromising project specifications or approved systemsCoordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain technical data, calculations, certificates, test reports and product approvalsCoordinate with design, procurement, production and site teams to ensure approved technical requirements are correctly implementedReview shop drawings and technical details from a coordination and constructability perspectiveSupport value engineering and alternative material/system proposals where requiredMaintain proper technical records, approval logs and documentation throughout the project lifecycleCandidate ProfileWe are looking for someone who is not only experienced in preparing documents, but who can take technical ownership of assigned projects, communicate confidently with consultants and clients, identify problems early, and drive technical issues through to resolution.Candidates with strong hands-on experience in aluminium and glazing/façade contracting companies in the UAE or GCC will be highly preferred.📩 Send your CV to: careers@almanar-aluminium.comPlease mention “Technical Project Coordinator” in the subject line.📱 WhatsApp: +971 42 952371Join ALMANAR and become part of a team committed to building excellence and delivering trust.
