This role involves coordinating tasks across cross-functional teams, maintaining project schedules, tracking milestones, and ensuring alignment with technical and business requirements. The Technical Project Coordinator will facilitate communication between stakeholders, prepare status reports, document decisions and risks, and help manage project resources and dependencies. Day-to-day activities include organizing meetings, capturing action items, supporting project documentation and process compliance, and assisting with issue resolution to keep projects on track. The role also contributes to continuous improvement of project workflows and collaboration practices within the organization.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Project Management and Program Management skills to support planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple initiatives.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and present clear project updates.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess risks, and support informed decision-making.Candidates should possess Team Leadership capabilities to guide tasks, encourage collaboration, and maintain accountability across project teams.Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related discipline are beneficial.Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and basic understanding of software development or IT delivery lifecycles is an advantage.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment are preferred.Experience in a technology-focused or product development environment will be considered a plus.
