Technical Project Coordinator

We're looking for a Technical Project Coordinator to join Softspace Infotech ( a tech subsidiary of ASICO) and help turn approved requirements into well-structured, actionable work. You'll play a key role in coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and keeping delivery visible across teams to ensure projects stay organized and on track.What You'll DoUnderstand requirement documents and specifications, and break them into epics, stories and tasks with clear descriptions, estimates and acceptance criteriaAssign tasks to developers, QA and design as directed by the Project Manager, and keep priorities, due dates and dependencies accurateSet up and maintain sprints, boards and the backlog; track daily progress and flag blockers, delays and scope changes earlyPrepare sprint reports — committed vs. delivered scope, velocity, carry-overs, defects, risks — and present status to the Product OwnerSupport sprint ceremonies and act as the coordination point between the Project Manager, the development team and the Product OwnerRequirements2-4 years in project coordination, scrum support or business analysis in a software product or IT services environmentHands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, Monday.com or a similar tool — boards, sprints, filters and dashboardsWorking knowledge of Agile/Scrum and the defect life cycleBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related fieldAbility to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria from a specificationStrong written and spoken English, and confidence reporting to senior stakeholdersBenefitsERP, real estate or property management product experiencePSM / CSM certificationBasic SQL and API familiarityExperience coordinating distributed teams across locations
