This full-time, exempt position that supports the Project Management team in the execution of engineered equipment and fabrication projects from order receipt through shipment. This role assists with project planning, documentation control, schedule tracking, customer communications, and cross-functional coordination between Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Shipping.The successful candidate will develop project management and technical knowledge while helping ensure customer requirements, quality standards, and delivery commitments are met. This position may independently coordinate smaller projects or phases of larger projects under the guidance of a Project Manager. Please visit https://hebelerhowardmarten.com/ to see the products and capabilities of HHM.ScheduleMonday-Friday, 8 a.m.- 5 p.m., Some remote work is possible.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Assist Project Managers with the coordination and execution of customer projects.Review customer purchase orders, specifications, and drawings to support project planning and execution.Maintain project documentation and ensure customer and internal requirements are properly communicated.Track project milestones and provide schedule updates to Project Managers and internal stakeholders.Attend project kickoff meetings and assist with meeting preparation, action item tracking, and follow-up activities.Coordinate communication between Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, and Shipping to support project objectives.Assist in identifying and communicating project issues, risks, and schedule impacts to Project Managers.Support customer communications regarding project status, documentation requirements, and routine inquiries.Review and maintain required quality documentation and turnover packages to ensure contractual requirements are met.Coordinate customer deviation requests and documentation submissions for approval. Assist with customer inspections, audits, witness testing, and facility visits as required Facilitate communication of production, drawing, and quality concerns to the appropriate departments for resolution. Create and maintain project data within the ERP system, including part numbers, routings, and projec records. Support supplier issue resolution through the preparation and submission of Material Rejection Reports (MRRs). Assist Shipping and Logistics personnel with project shipment documentation and related requirements. Maintain records of continuous improvement suggestions and lessons learned from project execution. Coordinate and independently execute smaller projects as assigned, under the guidance of the Project Management team.
