About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized, bilingual coordinator to manage day-to-day technical collaboration between overseas headquarters and CATL (China). You will be the operational hub that keeps our joint development programs running smoothly- ensuring meetings, actions, samples, documents and schedules are tightly coordinated across both teams.You do not need to be a deep technical specialist, but you must be technically literate enough to follow engineering discussions, capture actions accurately and escalate issues to the right owner.Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate daily technical collaboration activities across TACA and product development work streams• Maintain integrated project trackers, action registers, issue/ risk logs and decision records• Organize meetings, draft bilingual agendas and minutes, and drive follow-through on actions• Track sample plans, shipments, testing status and result availability• Manage document flow, version control, translation status and meeting materials• Support clear Chinese–English communication between overseas headquarters and CATL teams• Coordinate site visits, workshops and local logistics• Escalate delays, risks and boundary issues early to the correct technical or commercial ownerMust-Have Requirements:• Fluent Mandarin and strong business English (written and spoken)• Proven project coordination or PMO experience in a technical environment• Highly organized, detail-oriented and disciplined with follow-up• Solid understanding of Chinese working culture and experience working with international teams• Technically literate- comfortable engaging with engineers, R&D and quality teams• Ability to work across China and overseas headquarters time zones• High integrity and respect for confidentiality, IP and controlled informationNice-to-Have:• Background in anode materials, Li-ion batteries or the new energy sector• Familiarity with joint development agreements, NDAs or technical access protocols• Prior exposure to cross-border R&D collaborationWho You Are:• You turn ambiguity into clear owners, actions and deadlines• You chase overdue tasks without being asked• You stay calm when two teams, two cultures and two time zones collide• You communicate directly, document meticulously and escalate early• You understand that in technical partnerships, trust is built on precision and discretionWhat Success Looks Like:• Meetings are well organized, documented and followed up• Actions have clear owners and due dates• Project schedules and trackers are always current• Sample and testing status is visible to both sides• Issues are escalated early before they become blockers• Technical leads can focus on decisions, not coordination• Confidentiality and disclosure boundaries are respected at all times
