Technical Project Lead

The RoleWe're hiring a Technical Project Lead to sit between our clients and our engineering team. You'll take a client's requirements, turn them into a technical plan the team can execute, and own delivery end to end, across engagements that range from consumer apps to AI-driven platforms.This isn't a coordination-only role. You need enough technical depth to hold a real conversation with engineers about trade-offs, and enough client presence to be trusted with requirement gathering directly, without a layer of translation in between.What You'll DoRun client requirement-gathering sessions and turn them into clear technical specifications and scopeOwn delivery end to end: timelines, quality, and honest communication of risk and trade-offsAct as the client's main point of contact during active engagementsCoordinate daily with developers, Quality Assurance (QA), and other specialists on the project to keep delivery on trackRun sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectivesFlag scope creep and technical risk early, to the client and to D2RTech leadershipReview technical decisions and architecture closely enough to catch problems before the client doesWhat We're Looking For5-6 years in software delivery, technical project management, or a similar client-facing technical roleWorking knowledge across web and/or mobile development. Breadth matters more here than depth in one frameworkA track record of owning client relationships directly, not just reporting status upward to someone else who owns themStrong written and verbal communication. Comfortable presenting to non-technical stakeholders, and comfortable pushing back on an unrealistic askExperience running agile/scrum deliveryAble to manage more than one client engagement at a timeExposure to AI-driven products or AI agent developmentExperience in a boutique consulting or services firm, rather than a large enterprise IT departmentCompensation & LogisticsCost to Company (CTC): up to ₹10,00,000 (₹10 Lakh) per annum, based on experienceEmployment type: Full-time, on D2RTech payroll (not contract or vendor)Location: Gurgaon-Hybrid
