Technical Project Manager

We're looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of multiple technology workstreams within a large-scale smart-building and digital systems program. You will ensure alignment across all stakeholders, drive progress across design, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning, and maintain tight control over risks, dependencies, and vendor performance. You will act as the central coordination point for all technology-related activities throughout the project lifecycle.Requirements❏ 8-12 years of project management experience in technology delivery within construction, fit-out, real estate, or infrastructure projects.❏ Proven experience delivering or overseeing smart-building, technology fit-out, or digital infrastructure programs.❏ Practical understanding of ICT, AV, ELV/security, access control, BMS, IoT, smart workplace solutions, or data/server-room infrastructure.❏ Strong experience coordinating multiple vendors and managing interfaces between technology and construction teams.❏ Familiarity with design reviews, procurement, installation, systems integration, testing, commissioning, and handover.❏ Excellent stakeholder management, communication, planning, and coordination skills.❏ PMP or equivalent certification preferred.❏ Must be available for immediate mobilization and willing to work full-time on a contractual engagement on-site in Riyadh.What You'll Do❏ Lead daily coordination across all technology packages and stakeholders.❏ Ensure smooth collaboration between technology vendors, construction teams, consultants, and client functions.❏ Monitor milestones, risks, issues, decisions, and action items.❏ Drive resolution of technical challenges and delivery blockers.❏ Support design coordination, procurement, logistics, installation, integration, testing, commissioning, and handover.❏ Ensure vendors meet timelines, quality standards, and technical requirements.❏ Contribute to reporting, documentation, and operational readiness planning.You're Our Match If You Have❏ A strong background in managing technology delivery within construction or fit-out environments.❏ Experience coordinating multiple vendors and navigating complex stakeholder landscapes.❏ Solid technical understanding of smart-building systems and digital infrastructure.❏ A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach to project management.❏ Strong communication skills and the ability to drive alignment across diverse teams.❏ The ability to mobilize immediately and commit to an on-site role in Riyadh.Bonus Points If You Have Experience With❏ Smart workplace platforms or IoT-based building solutions.❏ Data center or server-room infrastructure delivery.❏ Advanced ELV/security systems such as video surveillance, access control, or command-center setups.❏ Large-scale corporate headquarters or mixed-use development projects.❏ Systems integration across multiple technology vendors.❏ Commissioning and acceptance processes for intelligent-building environments.
