Senior Technical Project Manager – Autonomous Systems | Abu DhabiWe’re hiring several Senior Technical Project Managers for a government-backed deep-tech organisation in Abu Dhabi, leading complex engineering programmes across autonomous systems, robotics and advanced technology.The role will take ownership of programmes from development and prototype through testing, industrialisation, production and deployment.You’ll be responsible for:Budget, schedule, risk and deliveryMultidisciplinary engineering teams across hardware and softwareSuppliers, procurement and technical dependenciesMoving complex systems from R&D into production-ready deliveryRelevant backgrounds include:USV / ASV / UUV / AUV / ROV systemsRobotics, UAVs, UGVs or defence platformsAerospace, advanced manufacturing or industrialisationComplex hardware/software systems integrationC2, mission planning, digital twin or mission systemsThis is not an enterprise IT, business applications or digital transformation PM role. Pure software or infrastructure delivery without a physical hardware component is not a fit.We’re particularly interested in candidates already based in the UAE with strong technical project ownership and experience managing suppliers, engineering teams and complex delivery environments.
