If you share our vision, we’d love to have you onboard.Responsibilities Project Management: Lead the end-to-end management of software projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets. Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison among engineering, trading, and operations teams to facilitate seamless communication and project execution.Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and implement solutions to ensure project continuity and success. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, progress reports, and post-implementation analyses. QualificationsEducational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.Experience: A minimum of 5 years in technical project management, with at least 2 years in the financial sector, preferably within high-frequency trading environments. Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, infrastructure deployment, and networking concepts.Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex technical challenges and devise effective solutions. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a proven track record of interfacing effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is mandatory Preferred Skills: Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Hands-on programming knowledge in C++ to better understand and collaborate on technical aspects of HFT systems. Familiarity with financial markets, trading systems, and exchange protocols. Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project.
