This role sits at the intersection of technology and scientific delivery, leading technology-driven projects that support patient-focused research and innovation. You will act as the bridge between digital teams and scientific stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a high quality standard.RequirementsProven experience managing end-to-end technology projects within complex, regulated environmentsAbility to operate across both technical and non-technical teams, translating requirements into actionable delivery plansStrong experience in project planning, risk management and stakeholder communicationComfortable working across full project lifecycles, from initiation through to deployment and optimisationExperience collaborating with IT security and compliance teamsHard SkillsProject management within IT infrastructure and/or system integration environmentsOversight of system deployments, upgrades, migrations and decommissioningDevelopment and management of detailed project plans, timelines and resource allocationRisk identification, mitigation planning and issue resolutionReporting on project progress, governance and compliance requirementsDocumentation management and process optimisation, including automation where applicableSoft SkillsStrong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersStakeholder management across global and cross-functional teamsProblem-solving mindset with the ability to manage ambiguity and project challengesProactive and organised approach to deliveryCollaborative, team-oriented working style with a willingness to be hands-on when neededQualificationsHNC, HND or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related fieldTypically 5+ years’ experience in technical environments (e.g. IT infrastructure, systems integration)Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management rolesRelevant project management or technical certifications are advantageous
