Employment Type: Full-TimeIndustry: Technology / Software DevelopmentAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage software development and technology projects from initiation through successful delivery.The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, scheduling, budgeting, resource coordination, risk management, stakeholder communication, and client relationship management.

The role will involve working closely with international clients and cross-functional technical teams to ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end management of software development and technology projects.Provide leadership, direction, and support to cross-functional project teams.Develop project plans covering objectives, scope, timelines, milestones, resources, and deliverables.Manage day-to-day project tracking, scheduling, work hours, budgets, expenditures, and resource allocation.Act as the key liaison between international clients, stakeholders, and technical/development teams.Communicate project updates, milestones, changes, requirements, and challenges effectively to all stakeholders.Monitor project progress and ensure projects remain within agreed scope, timelines, budget, and resources.Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and proactively address potential issues.Manage project conflicts, changing business requirements, dependencies, and delivery challenges.Coordinate resources and ensure teams have the necessary information and support to meet project objectives.Work closely with stakeholders to understand, document, and manage business requirements, project charters, risks, and deliverables.Monitor project variances and implement corrective actions where required.Conduct root-cause analysis to identify project issues and improve team productivity and project delivery processes.Maintain project documentation, reports, schedules, and other relevant project records.Ensure effective communication and collaboration across geographically distributed teams and different time zones.Support continuous improvement of project management practices and methodologies.Ensure a high level of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.Required Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within software development, IT, digital transformation, or technology environments.Proven experience managing projects from initiation through completion.Experience working with international clients and cross-functional teams.Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).Hands-on experience with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource management, and risk management.Experience managing changing requirements, project conflicts, and delivery challenges.Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and/or Waterfall methodologies.Key SkillsProject Planning & ExecutionProject Scheduling & Timeline ManagementBudget & Resource ManagementRisk ManagementStakeholder ManagementClient Relationship ManagementTeam LeadershipBusiness Requirements ManagementConflict ResolutionProblem Solving & Decision MakingStrategic ThinkingNegotiationCommunication & PresentationTime ManagementMultitaskingAdaptabilityTechnical & Project Management ToolsProficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as:JiraConfluenceMS ProjectSmartsheetBasecampHub PlannerSlackMicrosoft TeamsMS OfficeExposure to technical documentation and visualization tools such as MS Visio and StarUML will be an advantage.Preferred CertificationsCertified Scrum Master (CSM)Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)PMP or other recognized project management certifications will be an advantage.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is a results-driven and client-focused Technical Project Manager with strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to manage complex technology projects.
