Apply & track with Apply EdgeJob PurposeThe Technical PMO Lead will establish and run a strong project/program management discipline for Mada Media's IT portfolio, with direct ownership of governance, planning, and delivery across large-scale digital transformation initiatives — including ERP implementation, business process automation, and AI/agentic AI adoption. The role acts as the connective layer between business stakeholders, technology vendors, and the IT Head, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and compliance standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPMO Governance & Portfolio ManagementSet up and run the Technical PMO function: governance structures, delivery methodology (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid), reporting cadence, and RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) management.Own the IT project portfolio roadmap, prioritization, and resourcing in alignment with Mada Media's strategic objectives.Track project budgets, timelines, and benefits realization; provide the IT Head and leadership with clear, data-driven status reporting and executive dashboards.Define and enforce project management standards, templates, and quality gates across all IT initiatives.Digital Transformation & ERP DeliveryLead end-to-end delivery of large digital transformation programs, from business case and vendor selection through implementation, cutover, and hypercare.Manage the Oracle Fusion ERP implementation (or similar large ERP rollout) lifecycle — requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, integration planning, UAT, data migration, training, and go-live readiness.Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Permit, Engineering Services, Finance, HR, Operations, Legal, etc.) to ensure business readiness and change adoption for ERP and platform rollouts.Manage system integrators and implementation partners, including contract deliverables, milestones, and quality of delivery.AI Automation & Agentic AI ImplementationDrive the identification, business-casing, and delivery of AI automation and agentic AI use cases across the organization, in partnership with business and technology teams.Manage delivery of intelligent automation initiatives (RPA, workflow automation, AI copilots/agents) from pilot through scaled production rollout.Evaluate AI/automation vendors and platforms and oversee proof-of-concept to production transitions with appropriate governance and risk controls.Stakeholder & Vendor ManagementAct as the primary point of coordination between business units, IT teams, external vendors, and senior management for all technical program activity.Manage vendor contracts, SOWs, and performance against SLAs for technology delivery partners.Prepare and present steering committee materials, business cases, and post-implementation reviews.Risk, Compliance & Change ManagementIdentify project and program-level risks proactively and drive mitigation plans to closure.Ensure all technology delivery aligns with Mada Media's governance, security, and regulatory requirements, coordinating with the cybersecurity function as needed.Champion structured change management and communication plans to support user adoption of new systems and ways of working.Required Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project/program management certification required.8+ years of experience in Technical PMO, IT Project/Program Management, or Digital Transformation delivery roles.Proven track record leading large-scale digital transformation and/or ERP implementation programs from initiation through go-live.Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP implementation is strongly preferred.Demonstrated experience delivering AI automation, intelligent process automation, or agentic AI implementations.Strong command of PMO tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Power BI or similar) and delivery frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and vendor management skills.Experience within government, semi-government, or regulated entities in the UAE is an advantage.Prior exposure to the media, advertising, or smart-city technology sectors is a plus.Key CompetenciesStrategic thinking with strong execution discipline.High ownership and accountability for outcomes across complex, multi-vendor programs.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable working with ambiguity.Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Arabic is a plus).Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
