In this role, you will be the central interface between client and the internal cross-regional teams (consisting of R&D, PM, Production, logistics).You ensure the translation of aligned customer requirements into product concept. This also includes the coordination and implementation of testing mock-ups and prototypes, following the approval process.After hand-over of the product to the plant, you will monitor the manufacturing, delivery and installation in accordance with the agreed technical specifications, quality standards and project requirements.The ideal candidate combines a strong technical background with excellent project management and coordination skills. You can understand technical details, identify potential issues at an early stage and ensure that all parties work together according to a clear and realistic project schedule.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical & Quality Management· Ensure that products are manufactured in accordance with approved technical specifications, drawings and project requirements.· Monitor technical compliance throughout the entire process, from production to delivery and installation.· Coordinate technical questions, changes and deviations between engineering, production and the project team.· Identify technical risks and resolve issues before they impact the project.· Ensure that quality requirements are clearly communicated and followed by all relevant parties.· Verify that the final installation complies with the agreed specifications and quality standards.Project Coordination· Take overall responsibility for coordinating the project from production through to installation.· Act as the central point of contact for all parties involved in the project.· Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, manufacturers, transport companies, contractors and installation teams.· Maintain a clear overview of responsibilities, deadlines, dependencies and deliverables.· Organise and lead project meetings and ensure that actions and decisions are followed up.· Proactively manage changes, technical issues and unforeseen circumstances.Production & Logistics· Coordinate production planning in line with the overall project schedule.· Ensure that materials and products are available at the right time and in the required quantities.· Coordinate packaging, transport, delivery sequences and site logistics.· Ensure that deliveries are aligned with the installation sequence and site conditions.· Monitor progress from production through transportation and delivery to the construction site.· Anticipate logistical bottlenecks and take corrective action where necessary.Installation & Site Coordination· Coordinate the installation process with contractors, site management and installation teams.· Ensure that the site is prepared and that all required materials, information and resources are available.· Monitor installation progress against the agreed schedule.· Resolve technical and organizational issues arising during installation.· Ensure proper handover and completion of the project.Planning & Project ControlA key responsibility of this position is maintaining a strict and realistic project schedule.· Develop and maintain detailed project planning from production to installation.· Monitor progress against milestones and deadlines.· Identify potential delays at an early stage.· Coordinate corrective actions with the relevant parties.· Ensure that changes in one part of the project are reflected throughout the entire planning.· Maintain clear communication regarding project status, risks and priorities.What we are looking for:We are looking for someone who is technically strong, organised and highly communicative. Someone who naturally takes ownership of a project and makes sure that what is agreed is actually delivered — technically, logistically and within the agreed schedule.· A technical education or equivalent professional experience, preferably in construction, engineering, building materials or manufacturing.· Proven experience in project management, project coordination or a similar role.· A good understanding of technical drawings, specifications and construction processes.· Experience working with production and/or manufacturing environments.· Experience coordinating logistics and installation activities.· Strong planning and organisational skills.· The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.· A hands-on and solution-oriented approach.· Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.· The ability to identify problems early and take decisive action.· Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the overall project.· Proactive and decisive· A strong communicator· Solution-oriented· Reliable and structured· Comfortable taking ownership· Able to maintain control under time pressure· Focused on quality, deadlines and resultsUltimately, you are responsible for ensuring that the complete chain works as one integrated process: Technical specification → Engineering → Production → Quality Control → Logistics → Delivery → Installation → Final Completion.You ensure that every step is properly coordinated, that information reaches the right people at the right time, and that technical requirements, quality standards and project deadlines are maintained throughout the process.Candidate must be based in Dubai - Full time onsite role.Interested?Please apply with your CV in English.
