Backed by a strong Board, supportive shareholders and an ambitious strategy, we are investing in our future and looking for talented individuals to help shape it.The RoleTechnology is central to our growth and transformation agenda, and we're looking for a talented Technical Project Manager to help deliver it.Working closely with business stakeholders, Group IT, technology specialists and third-party providers, you'll lead technology projects and strategic change initiatives across the Bank. Combining strong project management skills with technical understanding, you'll coordinate complex workstreams, manage dependencies, and ensure technology solutions are delivered successfully from design through to operational handover.This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects spanning infrastructure, cloud services, business applications, digital platforms, integrations and third-party technologies, while helping to shape the future technology landscape of a growing bank.What You'll DoLead the delivery of technology projects and strategic change initiatives across the Bank.Manage project plans, budgets, risks, governance and stakeholder engagement.Coordinate technical workstreams across infrastructure, applications, cloud platforms, integrations and third-party services.Translate business requirements into technical delivery activities and implementation plans.Support testing, releases, implementation and transition into BAU support.Coordinate audit, governance and regulatory-related technology activities.Monitor project finances, technology investments and resource utilisation.Produce management information and reporting for senior leadership and governance committees.Build strong relationships across the Bank, Group IT and external suppliers to deliver successful outcomes.What We're Looking ForProven experience delivering IT and technology change projects.Strong project management, governance and stakeholder management skills.Experience working with enterprise technology environments, integrations and third-party vendors.Understanding of technology risk, audit and regulatory requirements.Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving abilities.Experience within financial services or another regulated environment.PRINCE2, PMP, Agile Practitioner or similar project management qualification would be advantageous.Why Join Us?At Alpha Bank London, you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact.
