Employment Type: Full-timeWorkplace Type: On-site！！Chinese (Mandarin) & English Required | Global Data Center ProjectsAbout the RoleTITANICOM is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead the delivery of large-scale Data Center infrastructure and IT infrastructure projects in Istanbul, Türkiye.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional engineering teams, contractors, suppliers, and international stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of mission-critical infrastructure projects.This position requires strong technical project management capabilities, hands-on experience in infrastructure delivery, and excellent communication skills in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of Data Center and IT infrastructure projects, from initial planning and design coordination through implementation, testing, commissioning, and final acceptance.Coordinate internal engineering teams, contractors, vendors, suppliers, and external stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, budgets, resource allocation, and delivery plans.Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely delivery.Oversee on-site infrastructure deployment activities, including server and network equipment installation, structured cabling, and related technical implementation.Manage project scope, technical documentation, change control, quality assurance, and project governance.Coordinate FAT, SAT, commissioning, testing, and project acceptance activities where applicable.Ensure all project activities comply with applicable safety regulations, technical standards, quality requirements, and customer expectations.Act as a key communication interface between local project teams, international stakeholders, and Chinese-speaking customers.Provide regular project progress reports, risk assessments, and delivery updates to management.Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and operational efficiency.RequirementsBachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.Minimum 5 years of experience in Technical Project Management, Infrastructure Project Delivery, or a related field.Proven experience delivering Data Center, IT Infrastructure, Network Infrastructure, Telecommunications, or Mission-Critical Infrastructure projects.Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, including planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and project acceptance.Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams, contractors, vendors, and international stakeholders.Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining project quality, schedule, and budget.Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.Fluent Chinese (Mandarin) is mandatory, with the ability to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking customers and technical teams.Professional proficiency in English is required for international project coordination and technical communication.Willingness to work on-site in Istanbul and travel when required.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience in Data Center construction, deployment, operations, or infrastructure delivery.Familiarity with server, storage, network infrastructure, rack installation, structured cabling, and fiber-optic systems.Experience with electrical, mechanical, or critical facility infrastructure in Data Center environments.Experience managing commissioning, FAT/SAT, testing, and technical acceptance processes.Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and large-scale international Data Center projects.Experience working with Chinese multinational companies or international technical teams.PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.Turkish language proficiency is an advantage.What We OfferOpportunities to participate in international Data Center and IT infrastructure projects.Collaboration with experienced technical teams and global stakeholders.A professional, multicultural working environment.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.Join TITANICOM and contribute to the successful delivery of international Data Center infrastructure projects.
