Role: Technical Project ManagerExperience: 15+yrsMust have: Banking exp, project management, Datawarehouse, data governanceJob purposeWe, at Datamatics, are looking out for Technical Project Manager[Data expert] Professionals to join our DT teamResponsibilitiesUnderstand the business requirement and projectDefine the project scope, estimation of resources and timelines, goals, deliverables & measures of successEnsure the team is thoroughly trained on application / technologyConduct and oversee project implementation and evaluate the progress regularlyEnsures all project information is appropriately documentedTrack deliverables; Monitor and report on project(s) progress to client/stakeholdersEnsure execution and quality of the work basis set benchmarksManage team and client issues / escalations / impediments to effective closures.Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputsContribute to continuous improvementEnsure process / product quality parameters complianceManage budget & allocate project resourcesMaintain project margins and profitability, ensuring zero revenue leakagePeople, Client and Stakeholder managementSupport in presales & create / review estimationsAct as a mentor for technical solutions as and when requiredProvide Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence subject matter expertise and leadershipRequirement:Required Minimum10years of experience with 5 to 8 years of project management experience.5+ years hands on experience with managing and leading data warehouse projects preferably with Banking experienceExperience in managing support projects in Data is a plusAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, project team members, supervisors, and employees from other departments.Strong knowledge and hands on experience in data warehouse.Excellent conflict resolution skills is required.Strong interpersonal skills
