About the RoleTechnical Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and delivering IoT and Niagara-based BMS projects, ensuring they meet client requirements, quality standards, budget, and schedule. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing integrations between IoT devices and Niagara systems, and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationshipResponsibiliesConduct project initiation, requirements gathering, and scope definition for IoT and Niagara-based solutionsPrepare project plans, timelines, budgets, and allocate resources effectivelyManage integration of IoT platforms, devices, and Niagara Framework into existing infrastructureOversee installation, programming, and commissioning of Niagara-based BMS and IoT systemsCoordinate with design, engineering, and field teams for project executionConduct system testing and ensure compliance with functional and performance requirementsPrepare and maintain technical documentation, including system diagrams, configuration details, and user guidesMonitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategiesFacilitate training sessions and handover to client operations teamsEnsure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standardsServe as the main point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal teams for IoT and Niagara projectsEnsure project deliverables align with technical specifications and business objectivesTrack project costs, monitor budgets, and ensure financial targets are metManage procurement and logistics for equipment, software, and servicesPromote effective communication across all project stakeholdersDrive client satisfaction and maintain strong professional relationshipsConduct project close-out reviews and document lessons learnedFoster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the teamQualifications5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years hand on experience in IoT and Niagara-based BMS projectsStrong understanding of Niagara Framework (Niagara 4 preferred) and building automation protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LON)Knowledge of IoT architectures, communication protocols (MQTT, REST APIs), and integration with cloud platforms (AWS IoT, Azure IoT, etc.)Familiarity with HVAC control principles, lighting systems, and energy management solutionsProficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, or equivalent)Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent oral and written communication skills in English for both technical and non-technical audiences Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlinesWorking knowledge of MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)Strong coordination skills to work with third-party teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely completion of project deliverablesBE/BTech in Electrical / Electronics / Computer / Mechanical Engineering or related fieldNiagara Certification (N4 TCP or equivalent) an advantageIoT-related certifications (AWS IoT, Azure IoT, or similar) an advantageYou may also register your profile through our website and apply here: https://nadia-me.com/job/details/516
