We are a fast-growing startup with ambitious plans to expand internationally, and we are looking for talented individuals who want to play a meaningful role in building and scaling a global cybersecurity product.About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and technically knowledgeable Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of our SaaS product development initiatives.You will work closely with our founders, software developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of product features, enhancements, integrations, and releases. The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership, understands modern software development practices, can confidently manage technical teams, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management & DeliveryOwn and manage the end-to-end delivery of software development projects, from requirements gathering through production release.Develop and maintain project plans, delivery schedules, milestones, and sprint objectives.Coordinate development activities across backend, frontend, UI/UX, QA, and infrastructure teams.Identify project risks, technical dependencies, bottlenecks, and delays, proactively driving resolutions.Ensure projects and deliverables are completed on schedule and meet established quality standards.Agile Development & Jira ManagementManage and continuously optimize Jira boards, epics, user stories, tasks, and sprint backlogs.Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Translate business requirements into clear, actionable development tasks with acceptance criteria.Monitor sprint progress, developer workloads, and delivery commitments.Maintain clear visibility into development progress, priorities, and outstanding issues.Product Development CoordinationWork directly with the founders to understand product requirements, strategic priorities, and customer feedback.Collaborate with developers and designers to translate product ideas into practical implementation plans.Coordinate new feature development, product improvements, bug fixes, and integrations.Ensure features are properly tested, documented, and validated before release.Support release planning and continuous improvement of the development lifecycle.Communication & AccountabilityAct as the central point of coordination between technical teams and company leadership.Provide regular, concise updates on development progress, timelines, risks, and blockers.Establish clear ownership, accountability, and deadlines for deliverables.Maintain well-organized project documentation and development workflows.Promote a culture of execution, collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.3+ years of experience in technical project management, software development coordination, or software delivery.Previous experience managing SaaS products, web applications, or technology platforms.Strong practical experience with Jira and Agile/Scrum methodologies.Good understanding of software development lifecycles, APIs, cloud-based applications, testing, and deployment processes.Ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand technical requirements without necessarily writing code.Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Proven ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and multiple concurrent development initiatives.Comfortable working independently and taking ownership in a dynamic startup environment.Professional proficiency in English.
