You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Support teams to continuously improve the API ecosystem and deliver an excellent partner experience.This position combines hands-on project execution with strategic partner management and requires someone who can bridge technical requirements with business needs while always keeping customer experience at the center.Your ResponsibilitiesAPI Migration & OnboardingOwn and manage the end-to-end migration plan, timeline, and execution for software partners migrating to the RESTful open API platformCoordinate validation, testing, go-live activities, and post-migration monitoringEnsure smooth onboarding and rapid adoption of the new API solutionsTrack project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve blockersStrategic Partner ManagementServe as the primary business contact for software providers and CRM partnersBuild and maintain strong, long-term partner relationshipsCollect, prioritize, and manage partner requirements and feature requestsCoordinate and manage partner communication related to B2B partnership via open API ecosystem , maintenance, and improvementsAPI Evolution & Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to drive continuous API improvementsTranslate partner and customer feedback into actionable product enhancementsIdentify opportunities to create additional business value through API-driven solutionsProvide regular updates on progress, risks, blockers, and strategic topics to leadership stakeholdersProject Oversight & Escalation ManagementPlanning and execution with internal and external stakeholders throughout Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution together with support and other product teamsCreate transparency around project status , report progress towards project goals, manage dependencies, and risksSupport the successful management of key partner integrations and customer satisfactionQualificationsYour Profile2-3 years of experience in Technical Project Management, Partner Management, API Integrations, or B2B2C SaaS/Platform ecosystemsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, agile environmentStrong coordination, planning, and negotiation capabilitiesBusiness-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate critical partner conversations professionallyAbility to translate technical concepts into business context and vice versaExperience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Support teamsCustomer-focused approach with a strong problem-solving mindsetGerman professional speaking and also fluent in EnglishAdditional InformationAt AVIV, we are an equal opportunities employer and an organisation where everyone is welcomed to be their authentic selves.
