Technical Proposal Designer / Proposal Specialist

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Technical Proposal Designer / Proposal Specialist to join our team and support the development of professional technical proposals for projects, tenders, and RFP submissions.The ideal candidate should have a strong design background, excellent visual sense, and proven experience in developing and designing technical proposals, including reviewing and analyzing RFPs, scopes of work, and tender requirements.Key Responsibilities- Develop and design professional technical proposals, presentations, and tender submissions.- Review and analyze RFPs, tender documents, scopes of work, and technical requirements.- Identify and extract key requirements, deliverables, and submission criteria from tender documents.- Structure and organize proposal content in a clear, logical, and professional manner.- Translate complex information and project requirements into clear and visually engaging presentation content.- Design presentation layouts, infographics, diagrams, icons, timelines, process flows, and supporting visual elements.- Ensure proposals are aligned with the client’s brand identity, project requirements, and presentation standards.- Coordinate with project, design, content, and business development teams to gather and organize required information.- Review final proposals to ensure that all RFP requirements and deliverables are properly addressed.- Manage multiple proposals and submissions while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.Requirements- Proven experience in technical proposal development, proposal design, or tender submissions.- Background in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related design field.- Strong visual sense and excellent presentation design skills.- Proficiency in: - Adobe Photoshop - Adobe Illustrator - Microsoft PowerPoint - Microsoft Office- Previous experience reviewing and analyzing RFPs, tender documents, and scopes of work.- Ability to understand project requirements and translate them into structured proposal content.- Ability to organize large amounts of information and present complex content in a clear and professional format.- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Good communication and teamwork skills.- Good command of both Arabic and English, particularly in reading and preparing proposal content.Preferred Qualifications- Previous experience within the events, exhibitions, conferences, creative agency, or experiential marketing industry.- Experience working on government or private-sector tenders and competitive bids.- Familiarity with common technical proposal components such as methodologies, execution plans, project timelines, organizational structures, operational plans, and project deliverables.What We Are Looking ForWe are looking for someone who can go beyond simply designing presentation slides.
