Position OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Full Life-Cycle Recruiter specializing in AI Engineering and Applied Research to support hiring at the Senior Director level and above. This individual will partner closely with senior AI and engineering leaders to identify, attract, assess, and close highly specialized technical and research talent in a competitive market.The ideal candidate is a strategic recruiting partner who can operate effectively in a complex, high-growth environment and has a strong understanding of the AI/ML talent landscape.Key ResponsibilitiesFull Life-Cycle RecruitingManage the complete talent acquisition lifecycle, from kickoff and recruiting strategy through sourcing, screening, offer development, negotiation, and closing.Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies for highly specialized AI Engineering and Applied Research positions.Strategic PartnershipServe as a trusted recruiting advisor to AI Engineering leaders and Applied Research Directors.Provide market intelligence, talent mapping, competitive insights, and pipeline analytics to inform hiring strategies.Proactively identify challenges within recruiting pipelines and recommend solutions.Deep Sourcing & Candidate EngagementIdentify and engage highly specialized technical and research talent through traditional and non-traditional sourcing channels.Build relationships with passive candidates and develop long-term talent pipelines.Source candidates across industry, academia, research institutions, and technical communities.Candidate ExperienceDeliver a high-touch, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.Effectively communicate company culture, career opportunities, and the impact of the work to prospective candidates.Basic Qualifications4+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience within technology, engineering, or scientific disciplines.2+ years of recruiting experience specifically focused on AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Applied Research.Demonstrated success sourcing, assessing, and closing highly specialized technical talent.Experience managing complex offers and successfully competing for candidates against top-tier technology companies and research organizations.
