Technical Recruiter

We're an AI/data infrastructure company based in San Francisco, backed by top tier investors with $100M+ in funding, and we're processing tens of millions of documents monthly for customers ranging from startups to Fortune 10 enterprises. We're looking for an early Recruiting team member to help build out our Engineering, ML, and Infrastructure org.What You'll DoOwn full cycle recruiting for technical roles: sourcing, assessment, offer, negotiation, and close, with a focus on Engineering, ML, and InfrastructurePartner directly with engineering leaders and executives to build deep conviction on hiring needs and the talent profile requiredBuild and iterate on recruiting processes, interview loops, and top of funnel strategy as the team scalesProactively source and engage passive talent through creative research, direct outreach, referrals, and community buildingGuide candidates through the full journey, understanding their motivations and decision drivers to close effectively in a competitive marketTrack funnel metrics, conversion rates, and hiring pace to keep stakeholders informedWhat We're Looking For4+ years of full cycle technical recruiting experience at a growing, reputable startup2+ years recruiting for software engineering, ML, or infrastructure rolesExperience at an early stage or hyper growth startup (not primarily large company or RPO/contractor experience)A track record of closing candidates in competitive AI/ML talent marketsExperience building recruiting infrastructure, processes, or resources from the ground upDetailsLocation: San Francisco, CA (5 days onsite)Compensation: $120K to $170K base plus competitive equityFull time, not open to visa sponsorship at this time
