Technical Repair Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced technical professional to join our organization in a Technical Repair Team Lead role.This is a confidential opportunity for someone who combines hands-on technical expertise with strong people leadership and operational skills and is ready to take responsibility for a team of Repair Technicians.🔧 What will you do?You will provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to a team responsible for repairing and testing mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies.Your key responsibilities will include:• Leading and supervising a team of Technicians• Allocating work, setting priorities, and monitoring team performance• Supporting the identification, isolation, and resolution of product malfunctions• Overseeing product and equipment disassembly, cleaning, repair, and refurbishment• Ensuring accurate test reports, logs, documentation, and test equipment records• Acting as the key escalation point for technical and process-related issues• Supporting problem resolution and continuous improvement initiatives• Identifying opportunities to improve departmental processes and collaborating with management on solutions• Supporting the implementation of process changes• Ensuring the team has the necessary technical documentation, drawings, wiring diagrams, and instructions to perform repairs and testing effectively.🎯 What are we looking for?• 4–6 years of experience in technical environment• Previous experience leading or supervising a technical/repair team is highly desirable• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience• Strong technical and problem-solving skills• Ability to prioritize work and coordinate a team in a fast-paced operational environment• Strong focus on quality, safety, and process compliance• Fluent business English, both written and spoken.This is a great opportunity for a technical expert who is ready to take the next step into team leadership and operational responsibility.
