Engineer, Application DevelopmentThis position is required to perform technical drive development in application with customer.Job Description and Responsibility: 1) Ability to work with customers to develop a tailored solution2) Drive market awareness of company's products in SEA and create opportunities with potential accounts3) Implement segment strategy and translate into sales by working with customers4) Support Sales Team with providing technical skills and market knowledge and reach5) Drive and deliver the result of team numbers set by Commercial Director6) Cover the full product portfolio spectrum with focus on growing premium products like in where there are growth opportunities , hence strong drive to directly contact OEMs/tier and molders in order to promote sale of products and be top of mind at customers’ NPDs, solution developments.7) More direct servicing and contact points of end user accounts and molders8) Deepening and expand relationships with key accounts9) Drive opportunity creations in all segments focusing on Automotive applications within SEARequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :Writing and speaking in English is mandatory, Experience of working in plastics (chemicals)Availability of Foreign Language Japanese or Chinese would be considered as an advantageExperiences in Auto industry also preferable
