قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجTechnical Sales Engineer – After-Sales DivisionOur client, a leading international manufacturer in the Building Materials industry, is looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to join its After-Sales Division in Riyadh.The successful candidate will serve as the technical anchor for after-sales operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, operational excellence, warranty support, compliance management, and post-installation service delivery.Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaEmployment Type: Full-TimeKey ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support & Troubleshooting• Handle post-delivery technical inquiries from customers and dealers.• Provide warranty support and resolve product-related issues.• Conduct site inspections and technical assessments.• Coordinate with internal teams to diagnose and address technical concerns.Reporting & Proposals• Prepare professional service reports summarizing site visits and technical findings.• Draft spare parts quotations and maintenance proposals.• Develop service-related reports and technical presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Standards & Compliance• Support alignment of product documentation with Saudi technical standards and regulations, including SASO and SABER requirements.• Ensure compliance documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.• Assist in maintaining smooth and compliant after-sales operations.Customer Relationship Management• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the service lifecycle.• Deliver timely solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and retention.• Act as a trusted technical point of contact for customers and business partners.Qualifications & Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.• 2–4 years of relevant experience in technical support, after-sales service, or a related engineering role.• Strong understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems.• Knowledge of SASO regulations, SABER, and Saudi compliance requirements is highly preferred.• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.• Fluent in English and Arabic.• Valid Saudi driving license.• Must currently reside in Riyadh and be willing to travel for customer site visits within the city.What We Offer• Competitive salary package.• Performance-based semi-annual bonus.• Medical insurance.• Annual flight ticket.• Professional development and technical training opportunities.• Supportive and collaborative work environment.If you meet the above requirements and are looking to join a reputable organization within the Building Materials sector, we encourage you to apply.
