You will work in a team-oriented environment that accelerates operational efficiency.Duties & ResponsibilitiesTechnical Follow-Up & Client CoordinationFollow up with consultants, design engineers, and project engineers regarding submitted technical proposals.Address technical comments and clarifications and ensure their timely closure.Maintain strong relationships with clients’ technical teams through regular communication, meetings, and visits when required.Provide technical support and position the company as a reliable technical partner.Technical Proposals & ComplianceReview project specifications and requirements to ensure technical compliance.Prepare and review technical submittals, compliance sheets, and deviation lists when applicable.Ensure proposals comply with project specifications, applicable codes, and consultant requirements.Coordinate with the Head of Engineering and support the Riyadh Engineering team with technical documentation when required.Inquiry & Quotation ReviewReview Job-in-Hand (JIH) inquiries to ensure the technical scope and specifications are clear and complete.Identify and resolve technical gaps before proceeding with quotations.Review quotations before submission to ensure correct product selection and compliance with project requirements.Ensure any technical deviations are clearly identified and communicatedQualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in HVAC.Good knowledge of technical submittals, specifications, and product selection.Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Good command of English and Arabic.We look forward to receiving your cv!
